These steps help your organisation understand the current environment, assemble the right team and prepare for pilot testing before deciding on Planner, the PMO Accelerator or an ISV solution.

Inventory Project Online Artifacts
Document all active projects, custom fields, reporting dependencies, timesheets and integrations. This gives you a clear view of what needs to be migrated or retired.

Assign Migration Sponsor and Team
Nominate a senior sponsor and form a core team from PMO, IT and key business units. This group owns decisions, communication and timelines.
